Room 104, and washroom, is spacious and I appreciated this immensely. But it's dark & dingy looking, old, and the maids never cleaned thoroughly.

As my room was overlooking this street there was non-stop noise from the traffic if one opened the window. There was good double glazing but I like to have a bit of "fresh air".

The entrance was very beautiful, the ambiance was very good, friendly and helpful staff, location was good, but the room wasnt up to our expectations and definitely overpriced there was no window except the skyline, there was plenty of dust under the bed as it has never been cleaned, small room, the central heating wasnt working first night, we were given a radiator next day, which was fine. room was damp, the plaster was bubbling in some areas on the wall.

It was good to have the children in same room but divided off in this way - they loved it being their space
