Hotel is in a nice quiet secluded area, but near the Luas (tram) for easy access to town. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. I did not have time for breakfast as I was on a short one night stay. Negative points: My tiny TV had only the basic channels and the remote control did not work. There was no radio in the room.
