The staff are fine and friendly even though the room service cleaners knocked the door and rang the bell at 08:00, and promptly opened and entered the room without waiting (as if in a big rush). You should therefore not forget to put up the "do not disturb" sign the previous evening if you intend to sleep into the morning. The breakfast at the hotel is also a joke at EUR 10 per person!!! It was not worth more than EUR 3 at most! Having no restaurant or dinner, the location of the hotel is not convenient if one is without a car.
