The bathtube was so small as to be unusable. The windows opened into the stairwell atrium. The shower ran even even the bathtub faucet was on. The safe was not working and the staff made no effort to fix it. The clerk was of absolutely no help in locating the hotel -- he suggested I hire a taxi and follow it in my car. I could not get a refund for a cancelled night and was given the runaround about seeing the manager to help. The manager didn't show until five minutes before I finally checked out and just said, "No." This was by far the worst hotel that I stayed at in Spain.
