I've been to Caslano many times through my life, and this hotel has passed me by until now. It's in a perfect location, close to the lake. It's clean, modern inside, yet attractive. And, of course, it has an amazing garden and pool. The rooms are comfortable, and the service very friendly.

Only comments other than that: there was no internet service, which was a pain (although it was never promised), and the basement/sitting room/dining area can all seem a little empty and lifeless (and uninviting) during the day. Of course, this isn't a problem if you're out and about. I don't think they cater other than breakfast.

All in all, a good find.
