Room 312.Bed rock hard. Only enough room to walk round edge of bed. No drawers to put clothes, just shelf in wardrobe. No tea/coffee making facility. Two jets in "jacuzzi" bath not functioning. To operate the pop-up waste you had to bend down and go under the sink to pull the lever - not even visible when standing up! Asked for a larger room on arrival but were told that this was a Deluxe room!!
