The pillows were very soft which unfortunately is not what we're used to. They had however, upgraded our room to a suite and it was great !!

A free PC for guests to use the internet briefly would have saved me some time.

Many thanks for your cooperation. Well appointed room and very good value for money compared to rooms in England of the same nature.

When you slept underneath it, you were inches from it. I bumped my head numerous times. There was also a light switch on the headboard. While this is an attempt at convenience, in the middle of the night, I turned on the lights several times while sleeping because the switch is too close. Bed was small, lumpy and rolled.

We did not use all the facilities available but liked the location. We thought the Bathroom was very good and the bedroom was very good overall. I also liked the safe in the room for ease of use
