It would be convenient to have synthetic pillows and doonas as well as feather ones for the many people who are allergic to dustmite who feed on feathers.

Refrigerator in room. Room was clean. I was also pleased to get a short-notice booking. I've no complaints.

Front desk throughout our stay was courteous. Staff who cleaned rooms were excellent and did a fine job. Staff at buffet breakfast were rude and not helpful. Our reception at breakfast on the first day of our stay was so off putting we did not have breakfast at the hotel again. Through your organisation we paid Euro 236 for our three night stay which was reasonable. The room tariff as on our door was Euro 202 per night - this is far too expensive for the room and the service. We would not have stayed if we were to pay that tariff. Our room was quite small and very noisy - you could clearly hear all that went on in the room above and we had to turn up the TV volume to drown out the toilet noises - you could hear everything!! Slamming doors were also a concern. It would have been nice to have an electric jug provided in the room. We had a no smoking room but were unable to use the bar and lounge as the smoky athmosphere was unacceptable. We had to go outside the hotel and then via a parking area back into another wing of the hotel to get to our room. This was not really satisfactory. We voiced our concerns on our departure and also filled in the hotel feedback. We did make sure we said how great the cleaning staff were. We would not go back to this hotel.
