The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay in Toledo. It was wonderful to walk through the hotel and see the many fabulous examples of medieval suits of armor. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning before starting our day exploring the city. Each evening we relaxed sitting on our balcony overlooking the massive Toledo Cathedral. We mesmerized by the maze of medieval streets. This hotel and its staff was by far the most memorial of any of our stay in Spain!

Our 1st room was not cool. The staff quickly and willingly moved us to another room that was much cooler. The view from both rooms was wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located to the cathedral, restaurants and meeting place for a tour. We would definitely stay there again when we return. Thank for the good service
