The rooms were clean and very adequate. The bathroom could be renovated at bit more. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful. I would recommend the hotel to any of my colleagues .

A perfectly reasonable Breakfast available in the partner Hotel next door . Very acceptable for the price charged,staff are courteous and speak fair English.

She helped us and ask for our passports which she laid behind the counter out of our view. I told her we would like twin beds. During the course of registration, she asked me 2 more times if we wanted twin beds. When we were finished the porter was already taking our bags to the room, so we quickly followed. We were both tired and laid down on the bed for about 1 hour. I kept thinking something was wrong. I first checked the suitcases and then my credit card and then proceeded to look for our passports which we had inadvertantly left at the front desk. During this time, no attempt was made to return our passports to us. When I went back downstairs, only the man was behind the counter. When I asked him for our passports, he went to a box on the wall which was also outside of my view and gave me the passports. We had to leave at 2:30 am to catch a plane back to the USA. If we had not gotten our passports back, we would have obviously missed our flight and who knows what else might have happened. Also, the electricity for the air conditioner was turned off at 10pm and would not come back on all night. We did go to your restaurant next door and had a very good dinner.

Sevcan I believe was the name. The sheets did not fit the bed. The top sheet was a table cloth and made of nylon. A request for additional towels was REFUSED! The airconditioning made a lot of noise but did not produce any cold air. We had a very hot a sleepless night. This is a run down inadequate hotel that is in need of complete refurbishment and modernisation.
