Our room was bright and spacious and impeccably clean and the staff were cheerful and very helpful. We wanted to visit some areas in Hamburg and they gave us great directions to where we wanted to go. We only had breakfast at the hotel and there was an array of food to fit anyone's palate. If you left the table hungry it was your own fault!. If we were to come back to Hamburg we would definately choose this hotel. Christiane and Gilles, Hamilton, Ontario Canada
