Steps from historic area, churches & museums. Large comfortable rooms. Terrific breakfasts! Sadly, no coffee/tea making amenities in the room. Front-desk staff are excellent.

Tea making facilities would have made our stay even better.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was beautiful.

A wonderful experience! We had no idea of the city geography, but we wanted to see the paddle steamers and the Frauekirche. As soon as I saw the view on the website from the hotel I felt this was where we needed to stay. What a happy choice! We had an unsurpassed view of the river and Old City skyline from our room. The staff spoiled us, the food was excellent and reasonably priced, and should we have the chance to visit Dresden again, we would certainly return to this hotel.

Lovely young man on the bar always smiling.Location is excellent about an 8min walk into the old town and right by the river for paddle steamer trips.No hotel car park but you can park in the side street/car park for 3euros per 24hrs.

Ask for a room on an upper floor with view over the Old town
