i spent a 3 nights in this hotel. Very unenjoyable experience. The door to the toilet was locked upon arrival, when i pointed this out to the female manager at the reception desk i was told i was mistaken and that she personally checked ... the room before i arrived! all she had to do was give me a key so i could access the most basic facility in the room but instead she argued with me and blamed me! very unprofessional.
would not recommend this hotel for anyone visiting vienna for leisure reasons, it was barely acceptable for a business visit, but only because i was expensing back the costs.
