Drive from the airport into Centrum, follow Evropska Street until you reach Rondell, take first junction to the right - up the hill, along the trams, on the first big light crossroads take left to Milady Horakove Street. After about 1 kilometre, take right to Chotkovy Sady and drive all the way downhill until you reach the Lesser Town. Down there take first narrow street right "Valdstejnska" until you reach Lesser Town Square. Take the first right and then turn left around the square. Turn twice to right to Trziste Street. Then after having passed the US-Embassy Control, drive up on the street to the left - Vlasska, take first right and there you have reached the green gate - garage entrance of the Constans Hotel Prague, then drive still straight up (on the left side) then to the left and the small street on your right side is Janska . At the end you will see the building number 7 which is on a really small street.
