The room was superb with 2 huge windows, one opening onto a balcony, light and comfortable whilst retaining an 'individual' atmosphere. Reception staff could have been more helpful at the beginning because we had inadvertently booked two rooms by mistake but warmed later on. Breakfast was extra and at Euros 25 was steep! otherwise the perfect hotel to explore Vienna.

Hotel was very clean and well presented, with the staff being very courteous and helpful. We did not try the hotels restaurant, but instead went to the one next door which had a better breakfast buffet selection and was cheaper! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Vienna and would go again. Makesure you get a Vienna Card and take a trip to Schonbrunn, the Summer Palace. Also walk through the pedestrianised shopping centre and find Demels - excellent cakes and coffee.

Free use of business center, restaurant is very expensive and many restaurants in vicinity. The hotel has only one disabled room, next to the kitchen, not completely safe (shower chair did not fit in the bathtub) but an employee found a non-skid mat for me and the room is huge.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service at the hotel. I was extemely pleased with the decor and cleanliness of the room. However, one more English language TV station besides CNN would have been good -- BBC World Service, for example.
