On your right, you'll find the Chaussée de Louvain. Continue straight on this road until you reach Boulevard du Régent. Turn left and continue towards the Rue de la Loi which is at the next crossroads. At Rue de la Loi, turn right.
Continue on this road, with the Park on your left hand side, through to Rue des Colonies until you reach the Gare Centrale (Central Station)
There is a road that follows underneath the Hôtel Méridien, follow this one, continuing straight on, passing the Royal Windsor Hotel on your right.
