The toilet area in the bathroom smelt of urine even after the maid had come to do the rooms etc. The jacussi didnt work and the door handle to the bathroom came undone on the first day. No one came to repair when reported the problem. There is only one lift with acapacity of 3/4 people to serve the whole hotel The barman didn't smile even once in four days. Appeared to be very unhappy to serve. A female member of staff in the reception was very rude. We didnt eat at the restaurant other than breakfast because every morning the restaurant manager was absolutely miserable and unfriendly.
