It was a pleasant visit, due to the friendliness of the staff, but for the cost, I would have expected the facility to be in better condition, Lighting in my bathroom was very dim and there was a shower drip. The daily cleaning was ok, but thorough over-all cleaning was poor. Carpets had not been vacuumed behind furniture or along bed sides. Your computers were not working during my visit. Your location and staff are your greatest assets. Thank you. Leslie C. Thornton

Luckily, the location provided for ambience that may have lacked in the hotel itself. The room was very nice.

Our currency is euro and when you convert it seems to be expensive considering you lose over one third in the conversion from euor to sterling. The breakfast should be included for the price.

Bar prices were exorbitant. Re-stocking of tea, coffee and biscuits didn't happen daily, but otherwise the room was lovely. No air-conditioning controls in the room, so unable to close the windows at night which was very noisy during the festival.
