 With a rich history, this landmark building is returning to hotel trading after 120 years. Built in 1819 the Apex Waterloo Place Hotel Edinburgh was the first purpose-built large scale hotel in Edinburgh, situated in the heart of the city at the east end of Prince Street. Advertised in 1819 as an establishment where strangers could see the manners of the people and mix with the Society of the place.
