Upon arrival this time with my son we were informed that they had had to use our twin bedded room for another couple and after a complimentary drink provided us with a mini suite which more than compensated for the mix up on arrival. The staff have always been more than friendly, and as always the breakfast is fantastic, with so much choice. The only thing I have to mention was the fact that my sons bed was not made up for the next night - but then when do any 15 year old boys make their beds!!!! I would always recommend the Apollo.
