The front desk staff were very helpful. Our room was much better than the room our friends had, although both were booked in my name and cost the same. their room looked out on a block wall was smaller and had no armchair.

They apoligized but the following day they drilled our wall at 8:30. They also refused to change our room with confidence. There was no heater in the bathroom. No carpet on the floor and no dustbin. They reset the air conditioner periodically so you freeze in the morning.
