Good central location. Friendly staff. We got upgraded to a premier room on ground floor which was very nice. We were warned that there may be noise from the nightclub below by reception. We never heard a noise the 3nights we were there. would definitely use this hotel again.

It is in a good location and the staff were very friendly. We were a husband and wife with our 20 year old son and we shared a room and had plenty of space. However, although the staff knew there were 3 adults in the room we only got towels, cups and tea things for 2 people. We had to ask several times for extra towels on the first day but after the housemaids had cleaned the room the next morning we were back to two of everything again! Apart from a cocktail bar and a very nice restaurant there were no other facilities in the hotel so it would not be very suitable for children. Also the music in the bar was very loud so it would not be suitable for the elderly either.

Opposite direction of this hotel is where the free bus stop. Front office's staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given a room with two double bed and spacious. The hotel has a unique character of an old building with a modern ambiance. This hotel will be a good choice for those who is going to Manchester. It also value for money.
