They did not process my credit card properly and did not offer to assist me with solving my problem. They charged me for hot water and fruit I did not eat. The rooms were nice.

Very nice rm, good cleaning service, TV/cable, balcony and other amenities to make a comfortable stay. Only thing avg was the closet space (small for two persons).
