The room could be on the small side if you had a couple suitcases. (It worked for us, as our luggage was still at the Philadelphia airport.) Room, bath, and hotel were very modern, funky, and fun. Excellent breakfast. Easy walk to main old town sights.

I would stay at this hotel again. The room was very nice. I would have liked better lighting for putting on makeup, but I got by fine. Other than that, the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

Maybe that's why the reception crew is cold and uncooperative? The hotel spent money on useless tricks like a window into the bathroom! The door ro the closet is a very nice trick but having to pull the whole table every time one wants something out of hte closet is very inconvenient.

Invoicing mistake from hotel side was dealed with very unsatisfactorily. This would not make me return to that hotel despite the nice rooms and good, central location.

The hotel has internet service in the lobby which is overpriced-15 min. is 5 Euros. The restaurants have limited hours of operation and a small overpriced selection. Breakfast is not included in the price of a room. It is a ten minute walk to historic Dresden. The satellite TV means only CNN and other German channels. The front desk seems put-off and not very helpful. There is a good Italian restaurant behind the Hotel called Maximus, but the reception desk did not tell us about it--Only saying the closest restaurant was in the city. Most of the advertised features and ammenities for this hotel do not exist. The double bed was two twins pushed together that separated and would wheel apart. The room caused both of us to become stuffy and congested when we were in it. We both were allergic to something in the room. The bathroom was great--spacious, clean and well-organized.
