As mentioned, the weak point are the rooms which are not on par with other facilities such as entrance, lobby, restaurants, etc. Nice view and spacious. Rooms are in need for refurbishment as furniture and overall feel is not really up-to-date and in line with reputation and price range of this particular hotel.

This was a minor problem in the overall scheme of things. Thanks to everyone for a superb stay at Hotel Arts. The room was first class and truly exceptional.

It would have been nice for the pool to be heated. Although the weather was pleasant it was too cold to swim as the pool was freezing.
