The front desk was very helpful. It is a great location for meetings at the congress/convention center. Not so handy for downtown. Public transportation was excellent. The view from the upper reading room is indeed very refreshing. Nice bar! Costly enough, but fair value for the buck! We would stay there again.

We had a lovely 4 day stay in December and would highly recommend this htoel if you are stayimg in Lisbon
