The room was one of the apartments It was very big and comfortable. It was very close to everthing we wanted to see and what was not close we could just jump on the bus it was very convienent. The only problems we had was the service there was a time I has reservations for dogsledding and I couldent call out so I called the front desk they told me the phone was not on. what kind of hotel doesnt turn a phone on so I was unable to call out they told me the guy would come the next day and turn it on for us. us not bieng able to call out made us miss our dogsledding and we had to sit out in the cold for 2 hours and wait for him. If we had been able to call out or he atleat could call in to us we would have known and it would have saved 2 hours whitch we could have been snowboarding. So the next night i try to call out again and they say it wasent on again. When the night before they had said it was going to be turned on for us. we where not happy about that. The only other thing was we requested a wake up call whitch we never got because they said our phone wasent on at all well that was there fault for not turning it on so we ran late that day because of your staff. the next night We asked for a wake up call again and I let them know the night before they never called she hung up and tried to call and it worked so I am thinking she made up not bieng able to call because they where to lazy to give us a wake up call. So the staff was not helpful.

Hotel in good location although a bit of a walk from the train station. We had an apartment which was very good. Would recommend staying here.
