The hotel catering amenities (cafe, restaurants) were excellent. wifi access was good (had to pay for it). very convenient for the metro. there was a mix-up over the room rates on checkout: this was resolved by the courteous staff.

Certain lady staff at reception is not very helpful interms of assisting me as i am first time in vienna and need information to some places which they have shut me off, but another male reception is very helpful.
