Reviewer: Sin Fai Cheung Date of review: 17 June 2006 Recommends this hotel: Neutral Room Hotel Facilities 3 Bed 4 Ambience 4 Cleanliness 5 Service 3 Room Size 5 Location 5 Amenities 4 Value for Money 3 they messed up our booking due to computer problem as they claimed and they offered another hotel (brand new but inconvenient) with free taxi transportation, however, this could not compensate for all the inconvenience caused, very unsatisfactory with their arrangement and management on this matter; otherwise, it was very comfortable and convenient to stay at this hotel (we refused to go to the other hotel, and finally we still had to stay one night at the other hotel as they insisted there was no room on that night, and we came back and stayed there the second night, originally we planned to stay there for 2 consecutive nights)

We will definitely choose tis hotel in future as long as the quality of the service remains as high. I live in hope that european hotels will learn to provide coffee and tea making equipment in rooms. Apart from this I found the room very adequate, and very clean
