Service at dinning time was poor, as there was a huge group visiting, and since we did not belong to the group we were denied service first and then told to wait at least for 20 mins. Bcs they were busy. we ended up eating somewhere else!

No bar after 22. 00. . The water supply was interrupted for two days, once for maintenance by the hotel, once because of intervention by the municipality. we were offered no refund.
