We had requested a 3 person room and received a room with 2 very firm single beds and a pull-out chair that was, by far, the most uncomfortable thing in the world. There were bars that jabbed into your neck, hip and calf areas... The carpets were stained and worn but clean, and the service was excellent. Overall a nice hotel - make sure to request BEDS if travelling with a large party.
