We did get to move to another room larger and with the jacuzzi tub I was promised, but the bed's boxspring was terrible and they could not replace it. The first room had no a/c working and could not sleep confortably.

We experienced problems with facilities in the bathroom, and requested a move to another room.

Otherwise, very nice people. Breakfast average. Had to ask for food to be re-stocked (one hour before breakfast due to finish). Mineral water served v.warm. No ice available. Well serviced. However ...
