I have stayed at this hotel twice by choice because it is new, modern, very clean and has free wifi in the room. Provided transportation both ways to the airport is another important reason i stay at axor feria. I recommend it to anyone.

1) breakfast of poor quality at Axor Feria and expensive at Axor Barajas 2) a kettle would be helpful 3) shuttle often full up for those joining at terminals 1-3 STAFF WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS

My room was very quiet, which was most appreciated. The look was ultramodern and exciting and turned out to be practical as well. The bathroom was plush, the water hot as needed. The lighting options were fantastic. The TV screen was large. The cost was low compared to other hotels for what was supplied. The hotel transit service back to the airport was well organized and free, which was most appreciated as well. The driver asked ahead of time which airlines the passengers were going to and delivered us all to preannounced stops at the different terminals. The breakfast was superb, equal in quality to that offered by fine hotels in the U.S.

The hotel was very accessible for wheelchairs, including entrance and restaurant. Our room and shower room were very spacious. The shower was large enough to push the wheelchair into. The hotel bus is not suitable for persons of limited mobility, there is a taxi rank at it's sister hotel next door. This hotel is ideally situated for the airport, the buffet breakfast reasonably priced and the staff were extremely helpful. It was ideal for us as we were just staying one night awaiting our connecting flight the next day.

this hotel was new, modern and very clean with a minimalistic design. We were very impressed and was very happy with its location, price and services offered such as shuttle to madrid airport. it was a five star experience.
