Intimate atmosphere. Very well located for rail travellers, and within walking distance of the old city.

With the hotel offering a choice of an Italian, Austrian and Indian menu, the need to locate good restaurants to eat away from the hotel is considerably removed. The helpful attitude of the reception staff is excellent as is all those staff associated with the dining room. The rooms are well serviced at all times. Convenient for walking to the station and a good brisk walk to the Old Town (20 mins) but along a beautiful river bank no more than 400 m from the hotel.Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast superb and resteraunt very good. Double bed was two singles linked but with 2 single duvets rather than a double duvet.

Breakfast was excellent not only in variety but also in quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are Mozart-oriented and TV has channels from other countries besides German/Austria. Rooms are ample and bathroom was spotless with details such as heated floors, hair dryer, liquid soap dispenser.
