Overview
 Beau Rivage Palace has built a reputation for being one of Europe's favourite hotels for its service and high quality. 24 March 1861 marks the inauguration of the Beau Rivage Palace in the lakeside village of Ouchy. 47 years later, in 1908, opens the second part of the hotel, the Palace wing. Built in a different style, neo-baroque, the Palace was connected to the Beau Rivage wing by its beautiful and impressive masterpiece "La Rotonde".

This Beau-Rivage Palace is set on 10 acres of landscaped parkland in Lausanne, on the north shore of Lake Geneva. Originally built in 1861, it offers a prime location and personalized service in a classic, Belle Epoque setting of marble, crystal, and mahogany. It now features approximately 175 guestrooms and suites with period furnishings and modern amenities, including minibars, satellite TV, and wireless Internet access.

When it's time to eat, guests can dine in style in a formal restaurant beneath a domed ceiling or go casual in a Parisian-style brasserie at this Beau-Rivage Palace, then choose between two intimate lounges for cocktails and live piano music. An indoor/outdoor pool and two tennis courts are on-site, and a selection of spa services is available in the hotel's wellness center.
