THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION. EASY WALK TO CENTRE OF TOWN WITH METRO CLOSE BY. STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS AMPLE WITH GOOD VARIETY. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND LARGE BUT THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE AT NIGHT. UNBEKNOWN TO US WE HAD BOOKED ON A SMOKING FLOOR (SMOKING ALLOWED IN PUBLIC PLACES IN AUSTRIA). iF YOU ARE NOT A SMOKER, MAKE SURE YOU BOOK A NON-SMOKING FLOOR!

Great little hotel in the heart of the city, parking (garage) is near by (2 minutes walking distance). Clean rooms with plenty of room (not too spacious but not claustrophobic either, believe me, I've been to such hotels), it's got plenty of charm and great service (amazing breakfast, Swedish buffet with everything your heart desires, a major plus). Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay there again if I go to Vienna again...

It was simply extraordinary! Even after thinking over and over, it was impossible to find something slightely badly organized. The Staff ? Very Polite, always present, extremely reactive (prompt) Food ? reach variety, well presented, high quality. CONGRATULATIONS In september we will experience it again!

You want this location. It's perfect. Walking distance to restaruants, coffee shops, and gigant market. You are in the heart of Vienna. Won't regret! Service was excellent.

This was a first class Hotel, all staff were couteous and helpful. The location was ideal, near to the centre but far enough away to be in a quiet location. I would definitely return to the hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Hotel is expensive (as it should be). Therefore, to expect to pay exorbitantly for such amenities as local telephone calls. internet access, and coffee (3.95 Euros for a tiny espresso) seems excessive. And to have the server demand the money prior to serving is rude in the extreme. Heated too much.

Ausgezeichnet! Shower is too small. Otherwise, room was perfect.

An iron and iron board in the room would be an improvement. Similarly, tea & coffee making facilities in the room would be an improvement.

We enjoyed the Beethoven Hotel very much. It is excellent, thank you. We would definitely recommend it to others.
