From the moment you arrive Franz, Bernadette and family make you feel extremely welcome. The rooms are simple but gloriously swiss, clean and comfortable. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the station and the centre of Zermatt but still within the town up on the hillside where it catchs the sun and the views. We will definitely go back.
