very cheerful staff with a particular young lady at reception was excellent in providing guide on where to go - including restaurant/club with 100 types ... of beers - and other interesting places to visit in berlin - good knowledge of berlin sights.
breakfast was good with many varities and local gingerbread cookies.
excellent hotel indoor heating system and hot water even in cold chilling weather.
not all rooms are the same - many are good sized and look new but some are just ok (funny shaped room). Overall, it is still good value for money for 2 people sharing. If you want a value for money accomodation where you can sleep and have a good shower and breakfast, this is a suitable hotel.
