When we arrive at the station we were delighted to find that the hotel sign can be seen from the station. Although a steep uphill walk, the distance is only short. Our room was on the 5th floor and we found the views from our window and also the balcony only a few steps from our room quite enchanting. The main areas of Genoa are within easy walking distance and the staff were helpful and friendly. A most enjoyable 2 nights stay.
