Would have preferred the double bed originally booked. LAN didnt work properly and WiFi didnt reach the room; had to work in lobby. They plan to correct these computer-internet weaknesses. Excellent staff and service.

Reception was very welcoming and efficicent giving clear information. i had some difficulty in finding the hotel so even with a tom tom so some clear directions for walking from the noord rail station would be helpful.
