Recommendation:  By Ms.Connolly, Miranda I was put on the top floor even though they knew in advance i was bringing a baby and there was no elevator. A member of staff gave me wrong directions into town. It was very poorly staffed and security was not good. The beds were quite uncomfortable. ... Tv channels limited. No fire escape despite it being the top floor. Handle was falling off the bathroom door. Decor was gloomy
