The staff was very helpfull, the room was more than excellent, quiet and the hotel staff provided us with free use of mini bar, tee making equipment and cookies, room slippers and a bath cloth-jacket. Near the reception were always some cookies, aple pie real apples, fresh coffee and other things to eat for free. The breakfast was also excellent. We were with our car, and the hotel parked the car for free in the parking garage. For Italy unbeliefable !! We made a 30 days private trip through Italy and we feel that this Hotel was one of the best. We would say they far ahead of what pleasant hotels should be. The staff are very helpful and breakfast is superb!! Would definately stay here again and hope too soon!!
