Deceptive descriptions and pictures on your website. A total failure and we would recommend to anybody going to Venice to make sure they avoid this hotel. Definitely not a room of a 3 stars hotel according to Italian standards. Everything very old, very poor and kept in very bad conditions.

Extremely attentive. Front desk personnel were wonderful and spoke excellent english. Showers didn't work well in all the rooms. One was loose from the holder and the spray wasn't full.

All gave excellent service. {orter was efficient but not friendly. Front desk staff were all exceptional. Was upgraded to the Best Western 4 Star hotel.Room was very nice. Beds were unusually hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were very thin and flat; also uncomfortable.
