Overview
 Owned by husband and wife, Chris Edwardes & Amanda Blanch, Blanch House Brighton opened in November 2000 and combines excellent service with innovative design in a laid back environment. Located in a discreet Georgian terrace, just off Brighton's seafront, the grade 2 listed building offers 12 en-suite rooms, with a 70's lounge-chic cocktail bar, and a fabulous in-house restaurant. Each room in Blanch House Brighton is en-suite with showers and toiletries.

The award-winning cocktail bar is located on the ground floor of the 5-storey building and offers an eclectic range of superbly-made cocktails. The bar at Blanch House Brighton was one of the four finalists for best bar in Britain at the class awards (the bartender's bible), winners of best bar team as well as winner of best cocktail offering in the UK and best customer service in the UK. The bar is open to the public and open later for the hotel residents.
