Breakfast is included with the room and is very nice. The staff is helpful and will even help you book tours. The location is excellent. It is rght in the old town district and a quick walk to several other nice areas. The room was very nice and very clean. There was plenty of closet space and a very nice desk.

The young lady from Tirol (do not know her name)was an absolute delight upon our arrival. She was most helpful and friendly. She is an asset to your operation. Please pass our appreciation on to her as she was not there when we checked out. With the renovation since I was there in Dec 1994 the rooms exceeded my expecations.
