No air-conditioning and we lost all privacy when we opened our windows. This made it unpleasant. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone or stay in it again.

The street is, however, crowded and noisy. The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke when we first arrived and that took 24 hours to disappear. It was also very noisy as it was over the street, which meant that we had to close the windows at night. That made it very hot as the weather was warm. Air conditioning for the rooms on the street at least would be desirable and smokers should have specific rooms reserved for them so that others do not have to suffer from the smell.
