The Bleibtreu Hotel Berlin (literally: remain faithful), as it is affectionately called by its regular guests, is located in a renovated, 19th century Charlottenburg patrician house in the Bleibtreustrasse, one of the most elegant side streets debouching into the Kurfurstendamm. Since the hotel was opened in 1995, guests have been able to enjoy a unique blend of charm, design, art and comfort.
The four stars Bleibtreu Hotel Berlin provides 60 rooms in two categories. The Bleibtreu is a member of the select group of design hotels, an international hotel cooperation comprising 152 design-oriented hotels worldwide.
A sophisticated interplay of light and colors creates a fascinating atmosphere in the rooms and, in combination with unadorned shapes, a clear feeling of space. All rooms are decorated using natural materials for a good night's sleep and a climate suitable for allergy sufferers.
The 60 rooms provide bath/shower, cable TV; pay TV, safe, mini bar and hair drier. Two rooms are equipped for the disabled. For families, it is possible to connect two rooms with a shared anteroom. A special service in all rooms is the free mini bar. Modern communications are ensured by direct-dial telephones with a connection for a DSL modem and wireless LAN.
These are just some of the features that make the Bleibtreu eligible for membership of the select group of design hotels, an international hotel cooperation comprising 152 design-oriented hotels worldwide. Children up to the age of twelve stay free of charge in their parents' room.
Besides the interior design, a major aspect of the unmistakable style of the Bleibtreu is its inventive gastronomic offer. The Deli 31 brings a sense of New York to Berlin: burgers, fries, salads, bagels, sandwiches as well as a weekly menu with German specialties like meat dumplings with cream-leek and mashed potatoes or fried sausages with sauerkraut are prepared in front of the guests in the open show kitchen. Hotel guests can choose from the buffet at Breakfast 31. A la carte breakfast is served for late risers from 8.00 a.m. to 10 p.m. At the Espressobar 31 you can find a large variety of coffee flavors and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. |
