The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is the epitome of an "old world" facility that is charming and nostalgic. The staff was most accommodating, going out of their way to help me with reservations in Munich and providing directions to Berlin attractions. I will definitely stay at the Hotel Bogota the next time I visit Berlin. Rick Steves was right!
