On arrival one of the twin rooms requested was not offered, eventually we were offered very satisfactory accommodation and the four of us were very pleased.

I am only impressed with the tall gentleman on duty on the morning of 13th March 2005. He speaks good English and is much more helpful and friendly than the others. The TV was placed too high up. And I have to raise my arms high up in order for the remote control to sense it.
