Double bed requested on booking form but twins given - however the room was an upgrade to an Executive room which was more than adequate compensation.

Unfortunately I did not take the name of the one who was not cooperative. An approriate sized and well presented room.

Room was newly renovated. The room next door was still being worked on -- which made for some noise during the day, but manageable.

I spent half my time on the telephone to my credit card company- only the hotel and holiday city had these details so it was a very expensive trip and i will not be using either the hotel or holidaycity company again in my travels to brussels
